We recommend an 8-week Corporate Run Club program to progressively build fitness, improve running technique and prepare participants for upcoming fun runs, charity events or marathons. RunEXPRESS (30min)

A shorter lunchtime running session designed to boost energy, improve fitness and fit seamlessly into the working day.

Necessary Equipment

Comfortable running shoes and activewear.

  • Participants should wear supportive running shoes suitable for outdoor exercise.
  • Suitable for all running abilities, with pace groups and modifications provided throughout each session.

Optional Equipment

No additional equipment is required. Participants are welcome to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Fitness watch or running tracker
  • Hat and sunscreen
