6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type of service provided and will be outlined within your booking confirmation or service agreement. Movement Assembly reserves the right to reschedule services where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness, venue access issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Health and Participation

Movement Assembly provides fitness and wellbeing services designed for a broad range of participants and experience levels. By participating in our classes, workshops or wellness programs, participants acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

Participants are responsible for exercising within their own abilities and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if they have any medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have concerns about their ability to safely take part. Participants should immediately stop exercising and notify the instructor if they experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other unusual symptoms during a session.

While our instructors provide guidance to help participants exercise safely, Movement Assembly cannot guarantee that participation will be free from injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants accept responsibility for their own health and wellbeing while participating in our services.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Movement Assembly and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
